He has worked for prestigious companies such as Charles Jourdan in Paris, where he was to later become creative director and Stephane Kelian in New York where he was to oversee and develop the product for the American market.Having worked for two well known and respected designers, Jean Michel Cazabat decided to fulfil his long time dream of starting his own company and in 2001 he created his  first women’s collection.His designs have an eclectic and whimsical sense of style.
