Nicolas Berny and Alain Demore met in Paris sometime during the late 1990’s when they were both involved in fashion footwear.The two of them came from very different worlds and their friendship was born around these acquired differences.Opposites often attract and here, the clash of ideas and influences brought out such a surprising and unique fashion attitude that they decided to team up. Having desiged and consulted for several fashion houses including Jean-Paul Gaultier, Bruno Frisoni and Céline they finally launched their own collection which they named « Walk That Walk ». After three years of being rebels with attitudes they decided the time had come for them to sign the collections with their real names, Berny Demore.Every collection’s influence is different and the starting point may come from, a picture, a film, a slice of life, or even a witty anecdote. But each collection mixes elegantly tradition and novelty, aristocracy and streetculture, sport and seduction creating a world of everyday luxury.
