DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer delivery to more than 100 countries around the world. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to UK addresses, 10 working days for addresses in the European Union and 20 working days for all other destinations as external factors may cause delays.
Your order will be shipped once:
payment has been approved; and
the delivery/billing address has been verified.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders in line with the table below.

Delivery costs are FREE on ALL orders delivered to addresses in the UK and European Union. Returns are at cost to the customer.
Products will be delivered via Shoe Runway’s carrier partner DHL. UK deliveries at the request of the customer at time of order can be delivered via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.
Return costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your product and the packaging. All returns outside the UK are handled by Shoe Runway’s carrier partner DHL and the return cost will be deducted from the customers refund/account credit. Customers in the UK who chose to return via Royal Mail must use the Special Delivery service and must make sure that they have adequate insurance coverage.
Returns Cost: The following table is only an indication of delivery costs, actual costs depend on the size and weight configuration of the merchandise purchased.

Taxes
Prices on our Website are shown as UK VAT inclusive unless an alternative country has been selected, as indicated in the top left hand corner of our Website.
The "change" icon in the top left hand corner of our Website can be used to choose the country that the customer is shopping from, product prices displayed on our Website will then automatically change to reflect this. Prices shown for Delivery Duty Paid (“DDP”) countries will be shown inclusive of relevant taxes and duties. If a Delivery Duty Unpaid (“DDU”) destination is selected, prices will display as exclusive of UK VAT.
By adding a product to the shopping bag, our Website will calculate the local sales taxes, customs duties and shipping costs applicable to the country selected. VAT will only be applied to orders dispatched within the UK and European Union. Countries shipped to on a DDP basis include calculated import duties/customs taxes and local sales taxes within the purchase price.
For all destinations shipped to on a DDU basis, our Website will not calculate local sales taxes and customs duties and the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be charged on the purchase on arrival.
If the shipping destination has not been selected prior to adding merchandise to the shopping bag, the customs duties and sales taxes will be calculated when the shipping details are confirmed by the customer prior to payment. These will then be shown to the customer in the order summary before the customer authorises payment as part of the final invoice.
